If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded in full.
Booking & Payment
Registration must be completed using each participant's full name, exactly as shown on their passport or ID.
Within 24 hours of registration, the organizer will send a secure payment link.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
If payment is not received within the deadline specified in the payment email, the registration may be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation Policy
Once the booking has been confirmed, it becomes 100% non-refundable.
Participant names cannot be changed, substituted or transferred to another person, as entrance tickets and the guided tour are booked in advance and issued for specific participants.
Important Notice
The guided tour at the Wieliczka Salt Mine is conducted by a licensed guide assigned exclusively by the Wieliczka Salt Mine Museum. The assignment of guides is entirely at the Museum's discretion, and tour operators have no influence over this process.
In the unlikely event that the Museum is unable to assign a guide for the requested date and time, we will not be able to operate the tour in the advertised format. Should this occur, we will promptly inform all participants and offer suitable alternative options, including rescheduling or a full refund if no acceptable alternative is available.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will also be cancelled and all payments will be refunded in full.
